Papson Legal is pleased to offer a fixed price package for drafting an individual’s wills and powers of attorney. Included in our ‘standard wills and powers of attorney package’ is the following.
- • Drafting of your will
- • Drafting of powers of attorney covering medical, financial and guardianship decisions
- • Ongoing consultation with a lawyer throughout the process
- • Final meeting to ensure that all documentation is signed correctly
- • Optional storage of your wills by Papson Legal
This service will typically cost $660 including GST, however our costs may be revised if the individual’s circumstances warrant additional advice.
