Papson Legal has extensive expertise in the area of SMSF borrowing. This expertise has enabled us to provide market leading documentation, coupled with extra attendances and advice (if required).
If your SMSF borrowing lender is a bank (or other commercial lender), our packages include a bare trust documentation, minutes and supporting documentation to assist with the transaction.
If your SMSF is borrowing from a related parties, our packages will include all of the above, with the addition of a loan agreement between the lender and borrower. We can also include personal guarantee documents, if required.
Our ‘standard’ and ‘premium’ packages determine the level of service that you will require. For all packages, we will draft effective documentation for the transaction. However, our premium service will enable us to take a proactive approach to the transaction, including providing advice throughout, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
